What is TUBES Gifts?

We are a Dutch-based company that bottles and distributes wines and spirits by the glass in elegant 50 ml and 100 ml glass or recycled plastic tubes. In recent years, we have elevated what began as a sophisticated luxury wine gift into a multi-purpose tasting tool that benefits a wide variety of markets and businesses.

How do we bottle our products in tubes?

We have our proprietary state-of-the-art IFS and organic certified production facility in Hilversum, the Netherlands. We use patented technology that preserves the properties of the products by using an inert environment. By using liquid inert gas, the wines retain their full bouquet, flavor profile and mouthfeel during the fractionation process. We are one of the few companies worldwide that can (re)bottle wines and spirits in this fashion.

Where is TUBES Gifts located?

TUBES Gifts is a Dutch company located in Hilversum, Netherlands. Our address is Franciscusweg 14, 1216 SK Hilversum, the Netherlands. We work closely together with TUBES which produces and stores the tubes. This is also where we have housed our showroom, where the entire range of our products can be viewed.



Samples

How can I request a sample?

Prior to placing an order, you have the opportunity to request a sample which will be delivered to you within a few business days. The request can be made by e-mail or via our website.

How can I obtain a catalogue?

You can download a (digital) catalog from the TUBES Gifts website or by clicking here.



Imprinting

When do I receive my print proof?

Upon receiving the correct vector filetype, the print proof will be sent within one business day.

What type of file should I submit?

You can send the desired file with your order to your account manager via e-mail. The file must always be a Vector file (.AI or .EPS extension).

What printing techniques are available?

On each product page, you have the option to select the imprint methods available on the item. Certain imprint methods can only be selected for specific locations. Please keep this in mind during the ordering process. Examples of printing techniques are pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, laser engraving, and offset.

Is it also possible to have Tubes Gifts create a design for my sleeve?

Yes, it is possible to choose a premade design from one of our various designs. Ask about the possibilities with your account manager when you want a unique design.

How can I request a quotation?

You can do this by submitting a quote request through the webshop, by calling +31 35 303 4990 or by sending an e-mail to sales@tubesgifts.com. One of our account managers will contact you directly.



Order

Do the prices include or exclude VAT?

All prices quoted and shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

How do I order a product?

This can be done by
1. Placing your order in the web shop.
2. Sending an e-mail to sales@tubesgifts.com.
One of our account managers will contact you directly. We do not accept orders over the telephone.

When will my order be delivered?

Sample order
Sample orders are shipped the same day provided we receive the order before 12:00 p.m. Depending on the delivery address, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands.

Unprinted order
Orders with unprinted items can be shipped the same day with regular transport provided we receive the order before 12:00 p.m. Depending on the delivery address, it is often delivered within 2-3 business days in the Netherlands.

Imprinted order
The order will be shipped within 8-10 business days after approval of the proof. If you place a larger order, your account manager will contact you to coordinate the delivery time.

Express order
If you need your order delivered quicker, you can request an Express order by contacting one of our account managers.

Is it possible to order empty tubes?

No, it is only possible to order filled tubes.



Invoicing

In what ways can I pay?

At TUBES Gifts, you can pay on an invoice basis. For more information, please contact your account manager.

Can I provide a separate delivery address and billing address?

Yes, you can do this by indicating this to your account manager when placing the order. The order will then be delivered neutrally to your customer.

Shipping

From what location are your products shipped?

We have our own certified production facility at Franciscusweg 14 in Hilversum, where all tubes are produced.

Do you charge order fees and shipping costs?

• For an order below a net article value of €750,- shipping costs are €20,- to 1 address within the Netherlands.
• With an order exceeding a net article value of €750,- the order will be shipped carriage paid to 1 address within the Netherlands.
• For samples, shipping costs in the Netherlands are €7,50.
• For Express delivery, shipping costs are available upon request.
• For delivery abroad, shipping costs are available upon request.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?

Once the order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email containing the track & trace code. In some cases, it may happen that no track & trace code is communicated. In that case, the delivery date agreed upon with your account manager can be maintained.

Can you ship my order neutrally?

Yes, we can ship your order on your behalf, on behalf of TUBES Gifts, or anonymously.

How is my privacy being handled?

How do I file a complaint?

Your order will be handled with the utmost care. Should you nevertheless not be satisfied with the end result, please contact us at hello@tubesgifts.com. We will look for a suitable solution and contact you within 24 hours. After all, if you are not satisfied, neither are we!
