At TUBES Gifts, we are looking for a driven intern who is hands-on, starting September 2026!

In this versatile work placement, you will be the linchpin in our process: from purchasing and coordinating orders to the ultimate delivery to the customer. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, and you will join us in representing our brand at trade fairs. No two days are the same! You'll be fully integrated into our team and responsible for the following tasks:

• Order Coordination from A to Z: You'll manage the entire process of incoming orders. From purchasing the right products from suppliers to the actual, flawless delivery to customers.
• Customer Contact & Relationship Management: You'll be the point of contact for customers regarding their orders. Via email and phone, you'll answer questions, help find solutions, and build lasting relationships.
• Supplier Management: You'll proactively liaise with our suppliers and logistics partners. You'll maintain an overview and ensure our high delivery reliability.
• Fairs & Events: You'll attend fairs to enthusiastically represent TUBES Gifts and convince new customers of our concept.

• You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) degree in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Entrepreneurship & Retail Management, or a similar field.
• You are excellent at planning and organizing; you keep a cool head, even when things are busy.
• You are customer-focused, commercially oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
• You speak and write excellent Dutch (good command of the English language is a big plus, as we also work internationally!).
• You have a proactive, hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner.
