QUOTATION
You can request a quotation via our webshop, by calling +31 (0)35 303 4994, or by sending an email to sales@tubesgifts.com. One of our account managers will contact you immediately afterwards.
PROOF
Upon receipt of the correct vector file, the print proof will be sent within one working day.
On each product page, you have the option to select the printing methods available for the chosen item. Certain printing methods can only be selected at specific locations. Please keep this in mind during the ordering process.

SHIPPING
Unprinted order
Orders with unprinted items can be shipped on the same day with standard transport. Depending on the delivery address, it is often delivered within 2-3 working days in the Netherlands.
Printed order
The order will be shipped within 8-10 working days after approval of the print proof. If you place a more extensive order, an account manager will contact you to coordinate the delivery time.
Urgent order
If you want your order delivered faster, you can submit a request for an urgent order.
• For an order with a net item value less than €750, the shipping costs are €20 to 1 address within the Netherlands.
• For an order with a net item value above €750, the order will be shipped carriage free to 1 address within the Netherlands.
• For samples, the shipping costs in the Netherlands are €7.50.
• For Express (fast) delivery, the shipping costs are on request.
The moment your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email containing the track & trace number. In some cases, a track & trace number may not be communicated. In that case, the agreed receipt date with the account manager will be used.
INVOICING
At TUBES Gifts, you can pay on an invoice basis. For more information, please contact your account manager.
